6sixe Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Play

1Introduction & Acceptance

6sixe is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 6sixe website, mobile app, and all related services.

By registering an account, placing a bet, or using any service on 6sixe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 6sixe, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Your account is strictly personal — you may not allow anyone else to use it.

3Betting Rules

Before placing bets on 6sixe, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless 6sixe itself identifies an error.
• 6sixe shall not be held liable for any bets that fail to process due to technical issues, network disruptions, or server downtime.
• If clearly erroneous odds are offered on an event, 6sixe reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount.
• Brief suspension periods may occur during live betting, during which no bets will be accepted.
• 6sixe may set maximum bet limits on any market or event at any time.

4Bonuses & Promotions

6sixe regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Wagering Requirement: Converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash typically requires completing a specified number of bets. This information is clearly stated alongside each bonus.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or sections.
• One per person: The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once by the same person.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 6sixe reserves the right to cancel any bonus and forfeit the associated winnings.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on 6sixe:

• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the maximum daily deposit is ৳10,00,000.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. In most cases, processing is completed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Pay).
• For suspicious transactions, 6sixe may carry out additional verification and temporarily place the transaction on hold.

6Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on insider knowledge intended to influence the outcome of an event, or any attempt to do so.
• Account Sharing: Allowing or authorizing another person to access or operate your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money laundering purposes.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to 6sixe's systems.

7Account Closure

A 6sixe account can be closed in two ways:

• At the User's Request: You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.
• At 6sixe's Discretion: 6sixe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, with or without prior notice.

As part of responsible gaming, users may request a voluntary cooling-off period, during which their account will be automatically deactivated for a set duration.

8Responsible Gaming

6sixe believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. With that in mind, we have put the following safeguards in place:

• Set your own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
• Self-Exclusion – Blocking yourself from the platform for a fixed or indefinite period.
• Access your betting history and spending reports at any time.
• If a member's behaviour shows signs of problem gambling, 6sixe may reach out to them directly.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, the first step is to contact 6sixe's support team. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• 6sixe will provide an initial response within 5 business days.
• If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.
• In betting-related disputes, 6sixe's server logs will be treated as conclusive evidence.

10Changes & Updates

6sixe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes:

• You will be notified in advance at your registered email address.
• Push notifications will be sent via the app.
• The last updated date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and request account closure.
